Plan Restrictions (Attachments):
- To use this pass, you need to carry your passport or ID card , etc.
- Adult fare is applicable to 12 years old and above, child fare is applicable to children from 6 to 11 years old.
- This pass is valid for 3 consecutive days.

- 【Notes regarding usage】
1. The Hakone Kamakura pass can only be used by the person whose name is written on the pass.
2. Please get your pass stamped while using the pass for the first time at the ticket gate.
3. Please present your Hakone Kamakura pass in a way that allows the staff to verify the period of validity when you pass through each ticket gate.
4. Since it is only valid for the person with the name on it, be sure to carry your passport or any documents that prove your identity in case a station staff requests for it.
5. If you ride beyond the designated areas, you will have to pay the extra fare.
6. A separate fee is required for the Limited Express Romancecar.
7. Once you are done traveling, the Freepass must be returned at the final station of the trip .
8. Izu Hakone Bus are not included in the Freepass.
- 【Notes regarding refunds】
1. We cannot refund fares after you have started traveling.
2. Services may be suspended due to the bad weather conditions. Hakone Kamakura Pass holders who could not be boarded due to suspension may obtain a refund for the particular portion at the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center. Please note, only the particular transportation that have not been boarded in the whole trip will be refunded to you.
